When we started making different hot sauces and relishes to sell under the JamBusters! name we knew that we would have to include some non-spicy choices for customers who can't tolerate the hot stuff. One of the recipes we found was for a variety of relish that is a combination of both sweet and sour flavours and we called it Smiles & Puckers Pepper Relish. As is the case with the majority of our products, Smiles & Puckers contains a mixture of green and red Bell peppers grown in the Keremeos area of the Similkameen Valley. The sweet part of the recipe includes Granny Smith Apples and Green Cabbage while the 'sour' part of the combination results from Banana Peppers, Cherry Bomb Peppers from the Keremeos area and vinegar along with assorted other special ingredients. We are quite proud of how our Smiles & Puckers Pepper Relish has been selling as we promote it as a great complement to cheese and crackers or just about any other dish that requires a relish that has a snappy flavour that tickles, but doesn't bite your taste buds. You can find out more about this special relish by watching this video we produced about the product ---> http://youtu.be/d2pAOSlo1xw. If you are looking for something different, stop by our storefront location at 226A Bridge Street in Princeton, British Columbia (in the Similkameen News Leader office) and pick up one of our unique jams, jellies, pickles, salsas, relishes or hot sauces.
